for this " Settlement Agreement " 2 months ago after learning from Venu that
many purchaser ( 8 - 10 ) has accepted it & subsequently applied for TNB
& Syabas.
This second " Settlement Agreement " is only available
upon request. Please update her in writing your complete new/current mailing
address & contact number too. Please call Ms. Vani 03 -
4296 2000 / 4297 7239 Officer in charge at Menara Maxisegar 2nd floor
for an appointment quickly.
On the MPSJ Cukai Pintu, Vani has advice us to write
personally to MPSJ for a full waiver as our property has not completed with CF
yet. I will meet MPSJ asap for a full blanket waiver on behalf of all affected
purchaser.
