I have spoken to Lexter 012 - 9667188 yesterday noon 29-4-2011 on the impending of Jalil Heights Zon 1,2,3 & 4 & to my dismay expectation & my own interpretation of his words & his tone, I can personally assumed that Abra has not forget that it has to face the possible legal implications upon handling VP to all of us in anyway & hence they would rather wait until 2013, the 6 years period of 'Limitation of Action' in filing our legal suit ( if any ) from the date our our previous Supplementary Agreement in 2007 before they can walk scot free, of course legally and all of us it seems that has been taken to another joy rides all these while again & again......what a foolish us.

Well the friendly Lexter has suggest us to fence up our property by means of fixing metal grill like what Lawyer Wong has done on his double unit so that he can fix up the wiring without having fear of pilfiteration again like what had happened before. This applies for Zon 1, Zon 4, partial unit in Zon 3 & Zon 2.

This is another message from Abra to us which I personally sense the telling  “take it back as it is & DIY it you little fellow & you will get your own VP” but the question is is it possible to do so ? The answer is YES as Lawyer Wong & Clifford Lai & four others same row as Lai has done it.

Venu 016 – 648 1376, our friend has been suggesting us individually applying for TNB & Syabas as Zon 1 will never has its own substation due to the hiccups of land plan with Selangor Land Office – SAP - TNB & hence only possibly sharing with the one opposite Hashim bungalow. Don’t ask whether it will explode due to overloading if all Zon 1, 2 & 3 move in one day together with Hashim, Raja Halim &  Ismail bungalow. That will be another future issue to be addressed as the priority now is to affect our own VP through our own effort.

Finally I can already feel the all the “smart” motives Abra utilise on us like what has been published on Talam other troubled projects before, exactly the same scheme, manner & tactics but in different evolution. Trust me don’t vent your frustration to both Lexter & Venu as they are just following instruction from the person who writes their take home pay cheque.

So what is still pending in Zon 1, according to Lexter the collapse & clogged up undergrounds sewerage system, the sewerage pump in the pump house, the road resurfacing, the road marking and the land scape, the damage & imperfection of our house & water & electricity supply.

So what are we waiting for ? In the coming years people will forget the misery CAC has caused to us and he will be for sure long live to get his TUNship next that is Tun CAC, whether we like it or not.

So, this blog is established as I want to for the last & final full time – at all cost wanted to reunite all affected purchaser to salvage our houses & move on with life. Real estate price is escalating & let us capitalise to make this life tragedy to become wiser & richer…..don’t be surprise that we may be able to sell our Jalil Heights at double our acquisition price in 2001/2002 once it is fully & legally habitable.
